On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the city of Yamoussoukro hosted a milestone event for the evangelical community. The main hall of the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation provided a majestic setting for the official inauguration of Reverend TANOH K. Jean Claude as the 7th President of the Alliance of the International Evangelical Charismatic Church (AEECI).

A Historic Gathering and a Powerful Message

Marked by deep gratitude and spiritual fervor, the ceremony brought together over 2,500 attendees, including church members, religious leaders, and distinguished guests.

Key highlights of the ceremony:

• Teaching on Leadership: Keynote speaker Dr. SIB Hénoch (President of the Evangelical Protestant Church of Burkina Faso) delivered a powerful message centered on Nehemiah’s leadership. He urged the new president to lead with integrity, humility, and wisdom while surrounding himself with sound advisors.
• The Act of Inauguration: The officiating minister, Dr. Noël N'GUESSAN (President of the Evangelical Federation of Côte d'Ivoire - FECI), conducted the anointing of oil and formally presented the new president and his executive council to the assembly.
• Community Support: Demonstrating their unified commitment to their new leader, the AEECI community presented Reverend TANOH K. Jean Claude with a brand-new official vehicle to support his national and international mission.

This historic day concluded on a high note of generosity, brotherhood, and vision as the 7th presidential term officially begins.
